Returns Eligibility

The purchased item (or items) must be returned within 24 Hrs after delivery. We accept returns on most items purchased from CliqnShop within the given duration, except for those specifically labeled as 'not returnable'. However, please note that damaged packaging or boxing will not be considered for a refund. To initiate a return, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For damaged products within the packaging, specific return conditions may apply depending on the product category. For imported electronics from the US, it's important to note that they are designed for 120V and may require a voltage converter for use in India. CliqnShop cannot be held responsible for damages caused by voltage issues after plugging in electronic items. Consequently, returns and refunds cannot be processed in such cases.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 7 to 14 working days from the date of receipt for us to process your return. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, whether it be a bank account, UPI ID, net banking, etc.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the information provided below to arrange for a refund. Additionally, if you receive a non-returnable item in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
